Little stylized wombat, solid and heavy (like the real thing!)
The brown finish on these is not a thick glaze, just a mixture of iron oxide and frit,
first dipped (this gets a thick coat down in the grooves, but leaves the high ridges too pale),
then sprayed (this covers the ridges, but doesn't get down into the grooves very well).
